Your agency can choose one of our five (5) Standardized Exams to administer to your personnel. Using our extensive law enforcement and promotional testing expertise, we have combined all the material from these books into five exams titled Supervision I, Supervision II, Mid-Management I, Mid-Management II and Upper Management. The specially printed material containing all the modules for these exams are available quickly because of our partnership with the publisher. There is no minimum order of custom books when you choose any of our standardized exams.

"Customize if You Need To"

Or, your agency can "mix-and-match" and choose any combination of one or more modules to meet your needs and budget - also fully ensuring job relatedness. We do not charge extra for custom testing from our modules. It is most important to use an exam that will show your agency which of your personnel has the most knowledge in the areas tested. If you can use one of our standardized exams - great! If not, we will gladly customize an exam for you from our modules.

When you order a custom exam, there is a minimum custom book order of 25 and printing / shipping will take from 4 - 6 weeks.

If you want us to add questions from your department policies, orders, procedures, legal guidelines or state and local laws, we can do that also, at very minimal cost, usually only a few hundred dollars, depending on the number of questions.
