She is also a member of the Education and Training Committee of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, as well as a member of many other professional organizations.

Bill Smith has served as Chief of Police in Lake Worth, Florida, and York, Pennsylvania, with over 16 years of experience as Chief within his 34-year law enforcement career.

Lt. Patti was a commanding officer with over 27 years of law enforcement experience in southeast Florida.

His training and education includes a B.A. in Criminal Justice, a graduate of the Southern Police Institute, Police Academy and Firearms Instructor and many other certifications, and thousands of hours of law enforcement training.
